New for 2023 will be a series of feature articles covering different subjects related to the underground scene of unsigned/indie-label music.
First up will be a focus on DIY/home recordings: we have a number of interviews lined up with solo artists, "one-person" bands, as well as talking to music producers who will share tips and techniques on developing the best sound on a smaller budget, where big studio productions are out of reach.
As part of this series we will be sharing interviews with Polish poet/singer/song writer A.J Kaufmann, creative story-teller Mellow Beast, and blues-groove one-man-band Professor Electric. We will be speaking to Jonny Smokes about the techniques involved in the recording process, and Bjorgvin Benediktsson from Audio Issues will share his expertise in music editing.
